Recruits of Regiment 43 confident in training
PANO - After nearly two months of training, the recruits of Regiment 43 under Division 395 of the Military Region 3 Command have well got used to military environment. Overcoming initial difficulties and unfamiliarity, the young soldiers are confidently completing their training tasks as planned.
According to Commanding Officer of Regiment 43, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, to help the recruits overcome their initial unfamiliarity and quickly grasp new military knowledge, the unit’s chain-of-command has placed special emphasis on the “basic” factor in carrying out the training motto: “Basic, practical, and solid.” Training was designed progressively, moving from simple to complex, from easy to difficult, with a focus on hands-on practice. Additionally, the regiment has applied various innovations and technical improvements to make training more visual, engaging, and easier for the recruits to understand and take in.
The unit has also paid close attention to grasping troops’ thought and promptly provided encouragement and support to boost their sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for training. Thanks to the synchronized implementation of these solutions, the quality of the unit’s training for the recruits have seen significant improvement compared to that of previous years.
Col. Ngoc affirmed that the acquired political knowledge and military skills will serve as foundation and motivation for recruits to confidently fulfill training program.
