Quang Ninh leader encourages troops participating in parade of Dien Bien Phu Victory’s anniversary
PANO - A delegation from Quang Ninh province led by Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hanh visited and encouraged officers and soldiers of the provincial Military Command who are training to participate in the parade in celebration of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (1954-2024), on April 7 at the National Military Training Center No.4.
Reported on the results of one-month training of the provincial participating forces, Hanh acknowledged and applauded the efforts of the military personnel participating in the parade in celebration of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

She stressed that taking part in the parade celebrating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory is an important task, a source of pride for and responsibility of each troop and unit for the country, affirming the prestige and strength of the armed forces.
Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Khuc Thanh Du, Commanding Officer of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, emphasized that to maintain and promote the training results, each participating troop should clearly define their tasks, continue to uphold a sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, successfully complete training tasks, and strictly adhere to military discipline. They should grasp the content and requirements of the parade, actively and hard train. The training staff and unit management staff must strictly maintain the regime of regularity building, conduct training activities in line with the set plan, and ensure absolute safety for personnel and technical equipment.
