PANO - On March 22, at the National Military Training Center No.4, Chief of the General Staff and Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong led a delegation to check the training of forces to participate in the parade at the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - 2024).

In particular, the delegation inspected the parade formations and their accommodations, accessing that in a short time, participating forces heightened their responsibility, overcame all difficulties to accomplish the assigned mission.
