Naval Region 4 raise English language skills of troops
PANO - On July 10, in Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province, the Naval Region 4 held an English Olympic Contest, drawing the participation of 14 teams.
Foreign language instructors of the Naval Academy acted as juries of the contest.
Each team had three members, competing in three contents.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Deputy Political Commissar of Naval Region 4 Senior Captain Nguyen Huu Minh affirmed that the contest proved the training and study process of each soldier. It was also an occasion for participants to raise their English skills, contributing to their task implementation, especially defense external affairs work.
As a result, participants well performed in each content.
The organizing board presented a first, a second, a third, and a consolation prizes to participants. The event was to celebrate the “Determined-to-win” congress of the Naval Region 4 in the 2019-2024 period.
