During the meeting, the leadership of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command reported its achievements in military and defense tasks and Party-building efforts in 2024. Major accomplishments included advising local Party committees and authorities on effectively implementing defense and security laws passed by the National Assembly, enhancing training and drills for units and forces within the provincial armed forces, conducting military recruitment, searching for and repatriating the remains of martyrs within the province and in Cambodia’s Mondulkiri Province, coordinating grassroots-level law dissemination and education programs, maintaining a firm grasp of the political and security situation in key areas.

Additionally, Party-building efforts, mass mobilization, and the "Determined to win" emulation movement within the provincial armed forces saw significant progress. The Dak Lak Provincial Military Command was honored by Military Region 5 with a certificate of merit for its outstanding performance in 2024.
In his remarks, N.A. Vice Chairman Tran Quang Phuong praised the Dak Lak provincial armed forces for their achievements. Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, he required the provincial armed forces to pro-actively monitor political and security situations and effectively address emerging issues, further improve training quality and combat readiness, provide strategic advice to local Party committees and authorities on building the whole-people defense and people's security postures.

Furthermore, he asked them to prepare and conduct Party congresses at all levels, continue collaboration with relevant forces to ensure political security and social order, contributing to maintaining a stable political environment for economic growth, and reinforced defense and security in Dak Lak province.
Prior to the meeting, N.A. Vice Chairman Tran Quang Phuong visited officers and soldiers of the Krong No District Military Command and attended the Great National Unity Festival in Nam Xuan Commune, Krong No District, Dak Nong Province.
