GS’s Chief congratulates National Defense Academy on Vietnamese Teachers’ Day

Gen. Nguyen Tan Cuong congratulate the National Defense Academy on the Vietnamese Teachers’ Day

During the meeting, Gen. Cuong extended his best wishes to generations of instructors and education management officials of the National Defense Academy. He praised and highly appreciated the efforts, dedication, and achievements of the academy’s staff, instructors, trainees, employees, and soldiers, particularly in training, education, and scientific research.

The Chief of the General Staff commended the academy for its effective implementation of the directives, resolutions, and conclusions on education and training of the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense and its completion of training programs for both military and civilian officials. Gen. Cuong also lauded the unit for its thorough grasping and strict adherence to the motto, "The quality of school training is the unit's combat readiness capabilities." He highly appreciated the academy for being proactive and creative in updating curriculum and new information, effectively combining theory with practice, and applying modern teaching methods to teaching.

He urged the National Defense Academy to pay attention to fostering international cooperation in training and accelerate the building of a smart and modern school to deserve being the top training and research center on military art of the military and the nation.
