N.A’s delegation visits border post
PANO – A delegation of the Council for Ethnic Affairs of the National Assembly (N.A), led by its Vice Head Nguyen Lam Thanh, on August 26, visited and worked with Ia Rve Border Post under the Dak Lak provincial Border Guard Command.
Having been briefed on the unit’s task performance over the past time, Mr. Thanh hailed their great efforts in fulfilling assigned missions in Ia Rve commune, Ea Sup district, Dak Lak province.

Accordingly, the border guards have strictly ensured training and combat readiness missions and border protection work, especially in the COVID-19 fight. They have also worked with local authorities to help develop the local economy, overcome consequences of natural disasters, and build new-style rural areas, among others.

In the coming time, the vice head of the N.A’s Council for Ethnic Affairs requested military units stationed in the areas, especially border guards and public security forces, together with the local authorities, to join hands in developing the provincial socio-economy, while fulfilling all their assigned tasks.
On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts to troops of Ia Rve Border Post and the commune’s authorities.
