The event was attended by Second-in-Command of MR2 Major General Nguyen Dang Khai.

The exercise focused on two phases, namely preparing for combat and conducting combat plans on map. At the headquarters, the organizing panel ordered scenarios and directed the drill contents.

Accordingly, the units carried out their assigned tasks as regulated. The exercise required troops to be active in training and studying so as to raise their capability in both theory and practice while improving the comprehensive synchronization of the whole command and staff system in any situations.

Via the exercise, the organizing panel had an opportunity to evaluate troops’ competence as well as command ability of leaders and the application of military arts, thereby learning from experience in organizing and raising quality of exercises in the whole region, contributing to meeting all task requirements in the current context.
