According to a report delivered at the checking session, the Party Committee and Chain-of-Command of the Ninh Thuan provincial Border Guard Command have led and directed the organization of sessions to popularize and fully and seriously implement the Party’s directives and resolutions, the State’s legal documents, the MND, the Command, and the provincial Party committee and authorities’ regulations related to the checked tasks.

Having had a field check at Ca Na Border Checkpoint, Phuoc Diem Border Post and heard reports by the provincial Border Guard Command, Gen. Luong applauded the command for its attainments gained over the past time.

The deputy defense minister urged the unit to promptly fix shortcomings that were pointed out. He also requested the Party Committee and Chain-of-Command of the Ninh Thuan provincial Border Guard Command to strictly embrace higher levels’ resolutions and directives on military and defense missions, management and protection of national border. In addition, they should direct functional forces to actively coordinate with relevant agencies to achieve the highest results in task performance.
They should also boost political and ideological education, improve political stance and awareness of officers and soldiers of tasks and situations as well as the importance of well implementing Task 1389, dealing with administrative violations, disseminating law, and further observing law and military discipline.

Gen. Luong asked the command to well perform the tasks of forecasting and grasping situations, giving timely recommendations on all working aspects to higher levels in its capacity, and promote capabilities and strengths of cadres of legal and judiciary agencies. Attentively, the command should effectively carry out the project “Promoting role of military forces in law dissemination and education, mobilization of people to obey law at the grassroots level in the 2021-2027 period,” among others.
