Military young outstanding examples in 2019 selected
PANO – The Council for Military Young Outstanding Example Awards held a meeting to vote for the winners on February 26 in the presence of Lieutenant General Le Hien Van, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics.
According to a report by the Military Youth Board, all units have implemented information dissemination and promoted outstanding examples while organizing votes at different levels to nominate candidates to the ministerial-level awards.
The Council has selected 27 nominees among over 2,200 candidates for the awards throughout the entire military. During the meeting, the Council’s members voted to select 10 nominees for the Young Outstanding Example Awards and 15 others for the Potential Young Outstanding Example Awards.
Speaking at the event, General Van appreciated the efforts of the Council and the Military Youth Board in selecting the nominees and asked it to collaborate with relevant units to complete all preparations for the awarding ceremony while actively enhancing information dissemination to multiply outstanding examples at all levels.
