Making banh chung and banh tet

Within 120 minutes, participants were tasked with completing 30 banh chung and 5 banh tet. The organizing panel evaluated the teams based on criteria such as ingredient preparation, cake appearance, wrapping techniques, timing, cooking, cutting, presentation, and cake quality.

The competition served as a meaningful activity for troops, contributing to bringing a cozy atmosphere as they celebrated the 2025 Tet together. It also aimed to enhance the logistic work of the units during the holiday.

* The same day, the Air Defense - Air Force Academy also organized the “Green Chung Cake Festival” to celebrate the 2025 Tet.

The event aimed to create a joyful and festive atmosphere ahead of the country's traditional New Year, offering an opportunity for troops on duty at the academy during the holiday to know more about the traditional Vietnamese culture. It was also a meaningful activity in celebration of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

This event provided an opportunity for troops and cadets in the school to share meaningful moments together as they prepared to welcome a warm spring.
