Military technical sector asked to promote digital transformation
PANO – Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh inspected the General Department of Technical Services’ administrative reform and development of e-government in 2022 on October 28.

Over the past time, the General Department of Technical Services’ Party Committee and Chain-of-Command have led and directed its agencies and units to well implement the Ministry of National Defense’s directives, resolutions, plans, and guidance on administrative reform.
The general department has compiled seven circulars. So far, administrative procedures under its management have been made public and well-managed. Around 2,600 administrative documents have been handled on time.
Speaking at the working session, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, who is also Head of the Defense Ministry’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform and E-government, asked the General Department of Technical Services to accelerate dissemination of administrative reform and e-government building work. He urged the general department to renew dissemination form and methods suitable for different subjects.

The deputy defense minister asked the general department to draft circulars on military technical sector, simplify administrative procedures, enhance the quality of advisory work, and actualize the plan on digital transformation on the sector.
