At the ceremony to start this year's training program of Military Hospital 175

Last year, the hospital comprehensively carried out its missions and outstandingly met all targets. The treatment and care for troops and people in Southern Vietnam were of high quality. Besides, it appropriately mobilized forces, vehicles, medical equipment for emergency cases and health care at sea and on islands.

This year, along with enhancing military training, the unit will focus on promoting its personnel’ expertise and good conduct towards patients, their relatives, and colleagues.

At the ceremony, Associate Professor and People’s Doctor Nguyen Hong Son, the hospital’s director, asked the staff to closely attach training activities to practical missions and requirements of each department and to the criteria of a special hospital, which is the hospital’s goal.

The hospital’s leader also tasked cadres and troops of the level-2 Field Hospital No.1 to make all-out efforts to improve their skills, expertise and grasp thoroughly international regulations on conduct to meet the requirements of UN peacekeeping force, being ready to undertake and fulfill missions at a UN peacekeeping mission in the second quarter of this year.

He also emphasized the fulfillment of all training contents with flying colors, contributing to building a hospital of regularity, science and culture, which is able to meet higher missions in the current period.
