Senior Lieutenant General Luong Cuong inquires after officers and doctors of the level-two field hospital.
At the meeting, the Standing Board of the Party Committee of Military Hospital 175 briefed the guests on the implementation of its political missions and underscored difficulties in its task performance over the past years. Reports have shown that the hospital has provided good treatment and healthcare for soldiers and local residents, maintained and effectively implemented Party and political work, organized military training courses to boost combat readiness, prepared for the deployment of a level-two field hospital to UN peacekeeping missions, and implemented projects to build two hospitals to better serve patients. The hospital also targets to become the special-class hospital of the army in the South.

General Cuong applauded the efforts of the Standing Board of the Party Committee and the whole staff of the hospital in accomplishing their assigned tasks over the past years. He also answered questions from the hospital’s doctors and nurses and suggested the hospital to deal with difficulties in personnel work so as to improve the quality of its medical corps.

Additionally, the general asked the hospital and its affiliated units to identify and focus on their central political tasks, pay due attention to personnel work, training, and posting of medical staff so as to improve the effectiveness of the use of human resources while prioritizing skilled doctors to take clinical and paraclinical jobs, posting young doctors to various positions for more practical experience. He asked the hospital to continuously earn reputation in the army and in the South as well.

After the working session, General Cuong visited and inquired after the officers and doctors of the level-two field hospital under Military Hospital 175.
