On the occasion, Gen. Vinh informed them about the outstanding outcomes obtained by the whole military in 2023. Particularly, the CMC and MND directed the whole military to fulfill all assigned missions; closely follow the situation to give timely recommendations to the Party and State on military-defense tasks; synchronously implemented solutions to build an elite, compact and strong military and ensure the successfully task performance in the new situation.

Meanwhile, the whole military strictly maintained combat readiness regulations and actively engaged in the natural disaster prevention and control work, and search and rescue operations.

Sr. Lt. Gen.
