Hanoi Capital Command mission visits Naval Command
PANO – A mission of the Hanoi Capital Command, led by Senior Colonel Thai Tam Tu, its Deputy Director of Political Department, visited and worked with the Naval Command on March 10.
Real Admiral Pham Van Quang, Deputy Director of the Political Department of the Naval Command, and other representatives of the command received the Hanoi Capital Command’s mission.
At the working session, the two sides exchanged information and agreed to conduct trips for delegations of Hanoi’s leaders and people to Truong Sa island district (Khanh Hoa province) and DK1 platforms.
Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Thai Tam Tu expressed his sincere thanks to the Naval Command for its support over the past years.
Sharing with difficulties of naval troops in firmly safeguarding national sovereignty over sea and islands, Colonel Tu affirmed that the Party Committee, the government, the military and people of Hanoi capital will always accompany naval officers and soldiers.
For the Naval Command part, Rear Admiral Pham Van Quang welcomed the Hanoi Capital Command’s mission, proposing that functional agencies of the two sides will closely work together to create favorable conditions for Hanoi’s delegations to visit officers and soldiers in Truong Sa island district and DK1 platforms in 2022.
