Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan commended Military Region 2's 2025 achievements and extended New Year greetings to all personnel. He requested the unit strictly implement combat readiness directives for Tet 2026, ensuring safe and economical celebrations while strengthening troop management and mass mobilization.
Additionally, the Military Region must prepare for upcoming recruitment, the 2026 training season, and the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils for the 2026–2031 term.
