PANO – A mission of the General Department of Politics (GDP) of the Vietnam People’s Army, led by its Deputy Director Lieutenant General Le Hien Van, on October 23 checked Party and political work of the Hai Duong provincial Military Command.
This year, the command has embraced resolutions and instructions of higher levels while actively and creatively implementing the Politburo’s Directive No.5 on enhancing the movement “Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morals and lifestyle” and the campaign “Promoting tradition, devoting talent, deserving to be Uncle Ho’s soldiers.”

In addition, its affiliated units effectively carried out Party building tasks in combination with the implementation of the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, and regularly checked the performances of Party organizations and members, particularly those with signs of wrongdoings.
Having hailed the efficiency of the province’s armed forces’ performance of the Party and political work, General Van asked the Party Committee and leadership of the Hai Duong provincial Military Command to further promote troops’ political stance, embrace resolutions and directives on Party building, effectively practice democratic regulations at the grassroots level, and attach importance of the Party and political work to their training and combat readiness missions.
