Units urged to promote Party and political work
PANO – Party and political work should be enhanced to help troops be aware of and fulfill all assigned missions, said Lieutenant General Le Hien Van, Deputy-Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, during his visit to military units in Dak Lak province on June 15.
Inspecting the Ministry of National Defense’s affiliated units, Military Region 5 and the border guards stationed in Dak Lak province, General Van was briefed on the security, social order and safety in the locality as well as the units’ task performance. He also checked their combat readiness, document management and logistics.

Accordingly, he acknowledged the achievements and great efforts of the units over the past time in implementing military-defense missions, especially combat readiness and training while closely working with local authorities to ensure social order and security in the area.
Besides, General Van asked the units to boost the Party and political work and political education to help their troops be aware of the missions and be ready in any circumstances.
