The event is organized to celebrate the success of the Military "Determined to Win" Congress for the 2020–2025 period and to welcome the 12th Congress of the Military Party Organization for the 2025–2030 term. To ensure effective preparation, the organizing committee divided participants into groups to rehearse separate sections at both the Military Logistics Academy and Dong Anh High School before gathering for full-scale rehearsals at the academy.

In recent days, despite unpredictable weather with alternating rain and sunshine, hundreds of officers, youth union members, and students of the Military Logistics Academy and Dong Anh High School in Hanoi have been actively rehearsing performances for the Gala.

With the theme “Under the Glorious Party Flag – Resounding the Determined-to-Win Song,” the Gala presents an everlasting epic praising the glorious Party, beloved President Ho Chi Minh, the love for the Fatherland, the heroic traditions of the Vietnam People’s Army, the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new era, and the aspirations of military youth to dedicate themselves to building a strong and prosperous nation. The performances are meticulously choreographed, combining diverse art forms.

During the inspection, Colonel Dung commended the sense of responsibility, determination, and efforts of all forces in overcoming difficulties during training. He also emphasized the great political significance of the Military Youth Gala in fostering revolutionary ideals, strengthening faith, and enhancing the responsibility of military youth in the cause of Fatherland construction and defense.

For the program to achieve high quality, the Deputy Head of the Military Youth Advisory Board called on officers, Youth Union members, and young participants to promote solidarity, enthusiasm, and responsibility, to train diligently, and to perform with confidence and artistic excellence. He stressed that the Gala is not only a showcase of military youth’s energy and aspiration but also a meaningful contribution to the broader spirit of Vietnamese youth.

According to the plan, the Military Youth Gala will take place on the evening of September 28 at the Vietnam Military History Museum.
