Reportedly, of the nearly 10 million visitors, most regarded the MND’s display areas as an unmissable highlight. International guests were impressed by the Vietnam People’s Army’s modernization and praised the effective combination of tradition and technology in conveying history and patriotism, along with the thoughtful organization, particularly the arrangement of exhibits and explanatory systems.

Speaking at the event, Gen. To commended the unity and dedication of all officers and soldiers directly involved in ensuring the exhibition’s success.

Summarizing key achievements, he emphasized that all on-duty agencies and units thoroughly understood and effectively implemented the Government’s plan and directives from the Ministry. He pointed out that these units developed and executed well-structured, compliant plans while maintaining close coordination with central ministries, agencies, and local authorities, ensuring the successful organization of the exhibition.

He further praised the pro-active and flexible efforts of the forces in directing and arranging indoor and outdoor displays, which were distinctive, diverse, creative, modern, and highly educational, effectively combining traditional and contemporary elements. Special attention was given to protocol and the reception of visitors. Despite limited preparation time, participating units assigned knowledgeable and responsible personnel with strong communication skills to present exhibits effectively. Their professionalism left a positive impression of Uncle Ho’s soldiers on visitors.

He also highlighted communication efforts which were carried out in a professional and well-organized manner to raise public awareness and logistical, technical, and financial support.

In recognition of achievements gained during the exhibition, the Minister of National Defense decided to award certificates of merit to 42 collectives and 87 individuals. The Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs honored 10 collectives and 47 individuals, while the Chief of the General Staff commended 31 collectives and 74 individuals. The People’s Army Newspaper was honored with a certificate of merit from the Defense Minister for its outstanding performance at the exhibition.
