Troops and people visiting the exhibition

More than 100 photos, documents and exhibits highlight Uncle Ton’s special sentiment and care for the building of the VPA in general and Military Zone 7’s armed forces under the sound leadership of the Party; the training for officers and the close combination of experiences gained in reality and military theory.

The exhibition also gave a briefing on the VPA’s birth, combat, victories and development over the past 70 years as well as officers’ and soldiers’ feelings about Uncle Ton.

Addressing the nine-day exhibition’s opening ceremony, Major General Tran Huu Tai, Deputy Political Director of Military Zone 7, emphasized that the exhibition has opened up an opportunity for troops to learn more about Uncle Ton’s teachings for the VPA, including Military Zone 7.
Thus, troops’ pride, honor and vigilance will be heightened, enabling them to fulfil their assigned missions successfully, to build comprehensively strong units and to construct and firmly defend the nation.
