Department of Foreign Relations holds “Determined-to-win” emulation congress
PANO - The Department of Foreign Relations under the Ministry of National Defense (MND) on June 12 held the “Determined-to-win” emulation congress in 2019-2024 period. Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan attended the event.
General Tan hailed the unit’s achievements over the past time, emphasizing the efforts of outstanding collectives and individuals of the unit.

Accordingly, over the past five years, many collectives and individuals were awarded, while the Department of Foreign Relations was honored with many noble orders, such as the Hero of the People’s Armed Forces, first-class Military Exploit Order, second-class Fatherland Protection Order, among others.
In order to continue to boost the “Determined-to-win” emulation and fulfill assigned missions, General Tan requested the department to combine the “Determined-to-win” emulation with studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, and lifestyle; and build a strong unit, to name but a few.

He hoped that in the coming time, the unit’s “Determined-to-win” emulation would be promoted to a new height.
