Minister Giang urged the GDP to continue researching, advising, and proposing effective solutions to the Politburo, Secretariat, and Central Military Commission (CMC) to build a politically strong military, maintaining the Party's ideological realm in the military. The GDP should strengthen leadership over the implementation of the ideology, organization, and policy work while conducting the streamlining of the forces. Policies should be well implemented to ensure that officers and soldiers in the entire military can work with peace of mind, maintain high combat readiness, and be prepared to receive and complete all tasks excellently.

The GDP was also encouraged to ensure the organization and implementation of national and military events in 2025, direct the preparation and implementation of the 11th “Determined to Win” Emulation Congress, and enhance media, cultural, and artistic activities to meet the needs of the soldiers and the people.

In response, the GDP’s Chief Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet affirmed that the GDP had developed detailed plans for 2025 based on the CMC’s resolution on leadership over military and defense tasks in 2025 and the Defense Minister’s direction at the Politico-Military Conference in 2024, ensuring alignment with the tasks and challenges of the coming year and issued directives on Party and political work for agencies and units in the whole military to implement.

General Quyet added that the GDP will continue to cooperate with all relevant bodies to execute these tasks effectively, ensuring success in 2025 and beyond.
