At 08:00 p.m. on August 5, Major General Phung Ngoc Son, Deputy Head of the Parade Subcommittee issued an order. All formations of vehicles started maneuvering to the designated positions.
At 00:30 a.m. on August 6, formations marched through Ba Dinh Square. The formation of tracked, armored, and artillery vehicles came first, followed by the formations of wheeled artillery vehicles of the military and specialized vehicles from the public security force.
Participating forces practiced many scenarios related to technical issues and traffic jam.
The event held significant meaning since it helped participants grasp maneuvering route, follow closely higher-level command, and handle possible technical problems.
At around 04:00 a.m. on August 6, vehicles returned to the National Military Training Center No.4, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
