He underlined that the provincial Party Committee and authorities have comprehensively implemented the resolution at all levels, with a focus on Party building and rectification, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and combat power of Party organizations and each Party member.

General Phan Van Giang required the Quang Ngai provincial Party committee and authorities to continue embracing higher levels’ resolutions and instructions, enhancing information dissemination, and regularly checking the implementation of the task, while building qualified staff to meet the task requirements in the current context.
The same day, General Phan Van Giang visited and presented 21 lunar New Year (Tet) gifts to military and police units in the province, while giving other 29 gifts to needy soldiers in the locality.

General Phan Van Giang requested the Party committees and commanding officers of the units to continue to lead, direct, and fully implement their assigned tasks, focusing on building clean and firm Party committees as well as comprehensively strong units, strictly maintaining combat readiness, firmly grasping all situations and prepare adequate forces and vehicles for all missions.
General Giang also attended a spring festival program held by the provincial Labor Federation on the same day. At the event, he handed over 600 gifts of the defense ministry, worth VND 1.3 million each, to needy households and policy beneficiaries in the locality.
