In his letter, he underlined that the 13th National Party Congress has affirmed the importance of developing instructors and educational management staff. Over the past 40 years, under the leadership of the CMC, MND, and military schools and functional units in the whole military, the good virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers have been promoted among military instructors and educational management staff. They have excellently accomplished all assigned missions, contributing to building a revolutionary, regular, elite and modernized military.

The CMC, MND also acknowledged and hailed achievements that the military schools and instructors have gained over the past time.

He also requested them to raise personnel quality while implementing all guidelines, policies and directives of the CMC, MND, especially Resolution No.1657-NQ/QUTW dated December 20, 2022 of the CMC on “reforming education and training to meet the requirement of building the military in the new situation” and projects related to education and training so as to meet task requirements in the current context. They should also introduce new models and boost creativeness during training and studying, contributing to boosting the training and education quality in the whole military.

Wishing them good health, General Giang expressed his hope that instructors and educational management staff would be good examples for troops and fulfill all assigned tasks, making contribution to the cause of military building and defense enhancement, so as to firmly protect national sovereignty.
