PANO - This year, 202 teachers in the army will be recognized as excellent teachers at a ministerial level, according to the newly-signed decision by Minister of National Defence General Phung Quang Thanh.

Minister Thanh has also signed another decision on granting merit certificates to 66 military teachers who were recently promoted to professors and associate professors by the State in recognition of their outstanding achievements in education, training, scientific research and their contributions to the cause of building the army, consolidating the national defence and protecting the fatherland.
