This towing boat will be assigned to guiding other vessels into or out of ports. It can also join search and rescue missions on request.

Addressing the commissioning ceremony, Naval Captain Le Huy, Deputy Political Commissar of the region, tasked the tugboat’s crew-members with raising their high sense of responsibility while operating it and soon mastering all of its functions and technical features to successfully fulfill their missions.
