CMC, MND congratulate military medical personnel on Vietnamese Doctors’ Day

In particular, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong, Deputy Defense Minister, led a delegation to visit and congratulate doctors and medical staff of Military Hospital 175 in Ho Chi Minh City.

During the visit, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong hailed the outstanding achievements obtained by Military Hospital 175 in providing healthcare and treatment for troops and local people. On the occasion, the deputy defense minister extended best wishes to all doctors, medical staff and employees in the hospital on the Vietnamese Doctors’ Day.

In the time to come, he hoped that the hospital would promote the emulation movement “Building a five-good military medical unit” while heightening solidarity, creativeness and responsibilities to raise the capabilities of doctors and medical staff as well as enhance the quality of medical examinations and treatment, and healthcare. These activities will contribute to beautifying the images of military doctors in the new situation, deserving to President Ho Chi Minh’s teaching “Doctor like a gentle mother.”

On the same day, Major General Nguyen Van Cuong, Deputy Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics (GDL), offered flowers and congratulated the Department of Military Medicine (GDL), the Military Medical University, the Military Institute of Traditional Medicine (MND).
