In 2019, the factory’s production value reached VND 1,558 billion with a pre-tax profit of VND 90.6 billion. The average monthly income of a laborer was VND 13.7 million, up by 11 to 13 percent in comparison to the 2018 figure. As a result, the factory was nominated for the Prime Minister’s emulation flag for the second consecutive year and the title of “Enterprises for the laborers” for the third consecutive year.

Having appreciated the factory’s outcomes, General Giang required its Party Committee and Chain of Command to continue striving for better task performance, improving workers' lives, and ensuring safety during its production. In addition, the senior defense leader asked them to take good care of policy beneficiaries and maintain combat readiness. On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, General Giang presented gifts and extended Tet greetings to the factory’s staff and employees.
