The purpose of the competition is to assess the results of techno-tactical training, command skills, and the performance of duties by components, as well as the results of joint combat training by infantry-gun teams shooting low-flying targets and the teams in charge of suppression of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) using mobile electronic warfare equipment and visual observation by units within the service.
In his opening speech, Senior Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thuy affirmed that in response to the requirements and tasks of building the military and defending the homeland in the new situation, the whole military in general and the ADAF Service in particular, are continuing to enhance the quality of training. The competition is among the 10 aspects of staff training, providing favorable opportunities for units to learn from and exchange experiences with each other. At the same time, they help the military units and agencies identify strengths and weaknesses in training, thereby supplementing positive contents and measures and resolutely addressing weak points and deficiencies to improve the training quality of the units in the future.

Col. Thuy requested the organizing committee and judges to effectively manage and direct the participating agencies, units, and teams to strictly follow the plan. The jury should demonstrate a sense of responsibility and provide objective, honest, and fair evaluations. They should accurately reflect the level and quality of each unit's performance in the event.
For the participating units, they need to make efforts, be creative, and apply their knowledge and experience to achieve the highest results in each competition. They should have a spirit of unity, humility, and mutual learning, as well as strictly adhere to military discipline and sports regulations to ensure the absolute safety of personnel and equipment.
