Over the past 15 years, the Party Committee of the ADAF Service has put an emphasis on technical work in the whole service, ensuring the quantity and quality of weapons and equipment for training, combat readiness, national airspace protection, search and rescue, natural disaster prevention, drills and other unscheduled tasks.

Also, the service has received and effectively exploited a number of new and modern weapons and equipment. Especially, the service has conducted projects to upgrade and repair old weapons and equipment, meeting the requirement of missions and ensuring the safety of troops and weapons.

Addressing the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh applauded the remarkable results gained by the ADAF Service in the 15-year implementation of Resolution No.382.

Gen. Vinh required the service to focus on building and consolidating the service’s technical system in line with the military’s strategies and policies while adopting effective measures to improve the quality of technical work in task performance.

In addition, Gen. Vinh noted that the service’s troops and technicians should actively study to improve capability in all aspects in order to accomplish all assigned missions.

Moreover, the service should promote researching and developing weapons and equipment, as well as manufacturing technology materials to increase national defense capabilities and reduce the dependence on foreign providers.

At the conference, the service presented certificates of merit to 18 collectives and 19 individuals with outstanding achievements in the implementation of the resolution.
