According to the organizer, the new point in this drill was that participating units maneuvered part of their equipment and vehicles to the evacuation area and were able to receive, store, distribute, hand over weapons and other equipment, and repair jets, specialized equipment for air defense or air units.

Senior Colonel Vu Dai Duong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the ADAF Service and Deputy Head of the steering board of the exercise, evaluated that participating units pro-actively embraced and built plans, prepared forces, battlefields, working place, repaired materiel, and teamed with local authorities, agencies and units. Attentively, in practice, they got on well with the scorching climate, seriously and fully carried out contents according to higher levels’ direction and intention in each stage of the exercise.
