Over the years, thanks to the close attention and support of the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Medical University, Military Hospital 103 has been developed on a large scale with modern facilities and advanced medical equipment, effectively meeting the healthcare needs of military personnel and civilians, as well as requirements for training and scientific research. On average, the hospital provides medical examinations for nearly 700,000 people annually, admits and treats more than 70,000 inpatients, and successfully applies numerous advanced and specialized medical techniques, particularly in the field of organ transplantation.
On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San congratulated and commended Military Hospital 103 for its outstanding achievements in recent years. He requested the hospital to continue thoroughly grasping and strictly implementing Resolution No.72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care, and improvement of the people’s health; the Resolution of the 12th Military Party Congress; and Resolution No.1658 of the Central Military Commission on logistics work of the military through 2030 and beyond.

The hospital was urged to place emphasis on closely integrating medical treatment, training, and scientific research; expanding international cooperation; accelerating digital transformation; and applying modern technologies in diagnosis and treatment. It should also develop timely plans to respond to natural disasters and epidemics. In addition, the hospital must continue to strengthen political and ideological education, building a contingent of cadres, Party members, medical professionals, staff, soldiers, and employees with strong political steadfastness, professional ethics, high expertise, and readiness to successfully fulfill all assigned tasks.
* On the same day, Regiment 916, Division 371 under the Air Defense - Air Force Service held a ceremony marking its 50th founding anniversary (December 19, 1975 - 2025) and received the Third-class Fatherland Protection Order.

At the ceremony, Major General Pham Tuan Anh, Deputy Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, delivered a congratulatory speech, praising the achievements of Regiment 916 over the past 50 years. He called on the unit to further improve the quality of flight training, flight safety, and exercises; build a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern regiment capable of meeting mission requirements in the new situation; and promote the development of science and technology, innovation, administrative reform, and digital transformation in unit management.
At the same time, the regiment was asked to continue ensuring material and spiritual life for troops, while strengthening solidarity with local authorities and the people.
