The Field Kitchen Contingent of the Vietnam People’s Army completed the last competition day with the “Cooking and bread baking according to the menu and the given recipes” contest. The Vietnamese team gained 62 points and ranked third together with the Belarusian team (50 points). The first and second positions belonged to the Uzbekistanian and Russian teams respectively (75 points for both).
* The same day, the Military Medical Contingent of the Vietnam People’s Army finished their last competition and ranked fourth at the “Military Medical Relay Race” contest. The three top contingents are Uzbekistan, Russia, and China respectively.
* The Chemical Contingent of the Vietnam People’s Army competed in “Relay” stage of the “Safe Environment” contest of the Army Games 2021 on August 31. The Vietnamese team temporarily ranked fourth after the Russian, Chinese, and Uzbek teams. The final results of the contest will be announced on September 1.

* “Special Obstacle Course,” the first stage of the “Emergency Area” contest of the Army Games 2021 began in Vietnam on August 31. Six participating teams to the contest are Russia, Laos, Belarus, Mali, Vietnam 1 and Vietnam 2.

In the first stage, the three couples of matches, including Belarus vs Mali, Vietnam 1 vs Laos, and Russia vs Vietnam 2 took place. Athletes had to overcome obstacle courses such as fire, blocked passage, metal fragments, wooden fence, stumps dilapidated building, and so on.
The second stage, namely “Relay Race,” will take place on September 1 with the three couples of matches, namely Laos vs Vietnam 1, Belarus vs Russia, and Mali vs Vietnam.
* The same day, athletes of teams from Vietnam, Russia, Belarus, Lao, Bangladesh, Venezuela and Uzbekistan competed in the first stage of the “Sniper Frontier” contest of the Army Games 2021 in Vietnam.
Notably, the host Vietnam has two participating teams, namely “Thang Long” and “Long Binh.” However, only the results of Thang Long are recorded.
In the first stage, athletes competed in five shooting exercises. The results of the first stage will be a foundation for dividing groups and contents of competition.
