Vietnamese border guards assist Cambodian unit
PANO - Senior Colonel Le Hong Vuong, Commander of Tay Ninh provincial Border Guard, presented VND 100 million to Border Police Battalion 611 of the Public Security Department of the Cambodian province of Svey Rieng to build its barracks.

At the money-presentation ceremony on December 29, Lieutenant General Kang Khorn, Director of the Cambodian Border Police Department thanked the Vietnamese border guards for their support over the past time.
The Cambodian general expressed thanks for this time’s meaningful gift, saying that Battalion 611 will use the money to build its barracks.
For his part, the Vietnamese officer hoped that in the spirit of mutual respect and understanding, the two sides will continue coordinating in the management and protection of the shared borderline and maintaining a borderline of peace, friendship, cooperation and development.
