In the spirit of equality, friendship, and sincerity, the two sides reviewed achievements in border control from December 2023 to the present. They also agreed on the next steps to strengthen border management.

Both parties were committed to managing the border in accordance with legal frameworks, adhering to the three foundational legal documents, and strictly implementing previously agreed-upon bilateral commitments. The two units agreed to maintain cooperation and strengthen exchange in border security, fostering a stable production environment for border communities and contributing to socio-economic development in the border areas.

Enhanced communication and collaboration in cases of natural disasters, fires, epidemics, and other emergencies were emphasized. Both sides were committed to providing necessary assistance to refugees, ensuring the safety of lives and property, and coordinating rescue efforts when required. The two sides agreed to closely monitor infrastructure projects near the border, ensuring strict adherence to agreements and meeting minutes of the Vietnam-China Land Border Joint Committee.

Increased exchanges on significant traditional occasions of both nations and their border guards were encouraged to strengthen the solidarity and friendship between the two forces, contributing actively to building the borderline of peace, friendship, stability, and development.
