At Fangcheng Port in Guangxi, China, personnel from both sides had the opportunity to share professional experience, strengthen mutual understanding, and enhance camaraderie. These interactions contributed to reinforcing friendly, cooperative, and trust-based relations between the two navies and militaries, while supporting the broader Vietnam - China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.

Sports competitions were held in a lively and friendly atmosphere, featuring tug of war, semaphore flag recognition, relay racing, basketball, and heaving line throwing. Most events were organized with mixed Vietnamese and Chinese teams, encouraging interaction and teamwork.

Below are photos of the exchange between Vietnamese and Chinese naval officers and sailors.
