Thai air force attachés’ delegation visits Air Defense - Air Force Academy
PANO - On November 27, a delegation of Thai air force attachés, led by Colonel Prin Yongpiyaon, visited and worked at the Air Defense - Air Force (ADAF) Academy.
The delegation was welcomed by Senior Colonel Le Cong Thanh, Deputy Director of the Academy, along with representatives from several functional divisions and units of the school.

Speaking at the reception, Sr. Col. Le Cong Thanh provided the delegation with an overview of the history, traditions, organization, staffing, functions and tasks of the Academy.
He emphasized that in recent years, the friendship and cooperation between the two countries’ air defense and air forces have achieved significant outcomes, helping strengthen the defense cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand. Within the framework of visits and working visits, both sides have aligned their views on safeguarding maritime sovereignty in the spirit of peace, mutual understanding and respect for international law. Additionally, they have also highlighted the need to enhance exchanges at all levels, agreed to promote the effective implementation of cooperation fields, particularly in flight safety, search and rescue and aviation medicine.

Colonel Prin Yongpiyaon expressed his thanks to the Academy for the warm and cordial welcome. He believed that the visit would serve as a foundation for the two sides to enhance cooperation in military education and training more effectively, contributing to building a strong military of each country and ensuring peace and stability in their countries and the region.
