Addressing the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Education and Information Major General Tong Van Thanh said the course had successfully completed its full program after more than 20 days of training, meeting all planned objectives and requirements.
The course provided the participants with practical professional knowledge in political education and information work, including improving the quality of studying, disseminating, and implementing the Party's resolutions, directives, and conclusions; political education; public communication, official briefing, and publishing; cultural and artistic activities in the military; and emulation and commendation work.
As part of the program, the participants undertook a field visit to Regiment 2 of Division 3 under Military Region 1 to study political education models. They also visited the Viettel Academy of the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) to learn about the application of information technology and digital technologies to political education. Additional visits included cultural facilities, the theater, and specialized classrooms at the Military University of Culture and Arts, Brigade 126, the Naval Museum, and the Hai Phong Municipal Military Command to study its experience in organizing emulation and commendation activities.

The instructors, all experienced officers and lecturers in ideological and cultural work, delivered in-depth and practical presentations tailored to the participants while fulfilling the objectives set by the organizing committee.
Maj. Gen. Tong Van Thanh commended the Lao People's Army delegation for its strong sense of responsibility, determination, and successful completion of the training program in Vietnam. He expressed confidence that the participants would apply the knowledge gained to further improve political education and information work within the Lao People's Army.
Speaking on behalf of the Lao delegation, Lieutenant Colonel Chanthone Letnakhon, Head of the Information Division under the Department of Political Education and Information, General Department of Political Affairs of the Lao People's Army, described the course as an important opportunity for both sides to exchange experience and strengthen professional expertise. He said the program laid a solid foundation for political and ideological education, cultural management in the military, and the protection of the Party's ideological foundation.

He added that the training would provide an important basis for Lao political education and information officers to apply what they had learned in practice, contributing to the continued improvement of political education and information work across the Lao People's Army. The course also helped preserve, strengthen, and promote the traditional friendship and special solidarity between the Lao People's Army and the Vietnam People's Army.
