Speaking at the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Tong Van Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Education and Information, emphasized that over the past years, the Department of Political Education and Information of the two militaries have consistently paid attention to organizing refresher courses, professional development programs, and experience-sharing activities. These efforts aim to enhance research, advisory, leadership, and instructional capabilities, as well as professional expertise and organizational skills in conducting ideological and cultural work, thereby meeting the mission requirements of both militaries in the new period.
