Indian air force delegation visits Air Force Officer Candidate School

The delegation was received by the school’s rector Major General Ngo Vinh Phuc and representatives of the Air Defense - Air Force Service.

During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed that defense education and training remain a key pillar of the Vietnam - India defense partnership. Representatives of the Air Force Officer Candidate School briefed the delegation on the school's mission of training military pilots, airborne and search-and-rescue officers, and aviation technical personnel. They also highlighted ongoing efforts to modernize training curricula through the application of simulation technology, digital transformation, and enhanced training quality.

For his part, Air Chief Marshal AP Singh spoke highly of the school's long-standing tradition, modern facilities, and development orientation. The two sides exchanged experience on pilot training, flight training management, flight safety, and the application of advanced technologies in military education.
