The delegation leader particularly praised the Engineering Company Rotation 4 for completing major construction projects on schedule while maintaining high quality despite harsh weather conditions and a complex security environment. These achievements, he noted, demonstrate the responsibility, professionalism, and resilience of Vietnam's peacekeeping force, thereby spreading the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers and the humanitarian spirit of the Vietnamese blue berets.

On the occasion, the delegation also inspected the company's accommodation facilities, the Level-1 Field Hospital, and the technical area of the Engineering Company Rotation 4 in preparation for subsequent inspection activities.
