Historical documents highlighting the combat alliance between the two militaries left a profound impression on the delegation and inspired a deep sense of pride among the younger generation. The enduring spirit of sharing hardships and standing shoulder to shoulder throughout the struggles for national independence has become an invaluable spiritual legacy and remains the solid foundation for today's substantive bilateral defense cooperation.

The meaningful visit, held on the first official day of the exchange program, helped further strengthen the determination of the young officers of both countries to recognize their pioneering role in preserving and promoting the noble traditions passed down by previous generations. Writing in the museum's guestbook

“Having the opportunity to see these invaluable historical artifacts firsthand at the Kaysone Phomvihane Museum has given our generation of young officers a deeper appreciation of the value of peace and the sacrifices made by older generations. This serves as a tremendous source of motivation for the young military personnel of both countries to continue studying, strengthening their political stance, enhancing their professional competence, and remaining determined to firmly safeguard national sovereignty while further deepening the special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos,” Head of the Vietnamese delegation wrote in the museum's guestbook.
