The Vietnamese delegation discusses potential cooperation in researching and developing new technologies.

ADEX-2026 brought together nearly 200 senior representatives from more than 50 military and security delegations, along with defense experts and companies from various countries. The exhibition featured defense products and equipment incorporating new technologies, including unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), electro-optical equipment, robots, digital control systems, and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for naval, ground, and air forces, law enforcement, and search-and-rescue operations.

The Vietnamese delegation visited exhibition booths, explored new products and technologies, and held discussions with international companies and partners, including Azerbaijan's BIMEXTECH and Blackyard MMC; Türkiye's Baykar and BMC; and Russia's Rostec. Discussions focused on potential cooperation in researching, developing, and producing military weapons and technical equipment, including UAV, electro-optical equipment, armored personnel carriers, robots, digital control systems, and AI applications in defense. The sides also discussed next-generation ammunition, extended-range artillery rounds, and technical solutions to improve the effectiveness, accuracy, and capabilities of military equipment.

Participation in ADEX-2026 provided an opportunity for Viet Nam to expand defense and defense industry cooperation with international partners, update its knowledge of global scientific and technological advances, exchange experience, and explore suitable areas for cooperation. The event also contributed to strengthening Viet Nam's capabilities in researching, mastering, and applying technologies, while expanding defense industry cooperation.
