Lao delegations visits Military Region 4 Command

Chairing the reception, Military Region 4 Commander Lt. Gen. Ha Tho Binh expressed joy to welcome the Lao delegations.

He reported to the guests the situations and outstanding achievements in task implementation of Military Region 4. He expressed thanks to the Party, State, military and people of Laos for their precious assistance for Vietnam in the resistance war to liberate the country and during the renewal cause.

He also took this occasion to thank leaders of the Lao Party, State, Ministry of National Defense, Party committees, authorities and people for their attention, directions and creation of favorable conditions for Military Region 4 Command to complete all tasks.

Congratulating Military Region 4 on its recent attainments, the Lao defense leader and ambassador affirmed that the Party, State, military, Party committees, authorities and people of Laos always acknowledge and are grateful to the great support, enthusiasm, and sense of responsibility that the Military Region 4 Command has had for Laos in the resistance war against common enemy and in the current renovation cause.
