Addressing the ceremony held by the Signal Officer Candidate School, its Deputy Director Sr. Col. Nguyen Trong Vinh congratulated the Lao and Cambodian cadets on their outstanding performance. He expressed his belief that the signal officers of the Lao People's Army and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces would further uphold their spirit of eagerness to learn, progress, quickly grasp their respective unit’s situations, and effectively apply the knowledge acquired at the school to their practical duties in teaching, commanding, managing, and operating signal equipment. These, according to Col. Vinh, would contribute significantly to building strong signal forces of both the Lao People's Army and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.
