Addressing the event, Major General Tran Hai Binh, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Vietnam Border Guard Command, acknowledged and hailed the considerable efforts of the school’s staff and Lao and Cambodian cadets.

With high solidarity and determination, they have tried their best during their training at the academy, meeting all requirements of the course, the general added.

At the same time, he requested the graduates to continue to raise their competence and apply what they have learned to reality and task performance.
