As part of the program, the delegation visited and conveyed New Year greetings to the authorities, armed forces, and people of Ta Ang Commune, Koun Mom District, Ratanakiri Province.
On this occasion, the delegation presented 200 gift packages (VND 500,000 each) to disadvantaged households.

In addition, financial support for housing repairs was given to five families (VND 20 million per family), including three military families and two households facing housing difficulties.
The delegation also organized medical examinations, health consultations, and free medicine distribution for local residents. Essential medical equipment and supplies were donated to local healthcare facilities, contributing to improving primary healthcare capacity.

During the visit, the delegation also met with and encouraged Team K52, which is carrying out the mission of searching for and repatriating the remains of Vietnamese fallen volunteer soldiers in the provinces of Ratanakiri, Stung Treng, and Preah Vihear of Cambodia.
Despite operating in a vast area with complex terrain and harsh weather conditions, officers and soldiers of Team K52 have demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, pro-actively overcoming difficulties and successfully recovering 16 sets of remains.
